Our first experience was in 2002 when we purchased a home on Crawford Street in Toronto. Our second and most recent experience with Michael was this past Spring when we purchased a new house and sold our current home.

In both purchase instances we found ourselves in multiple offer situations, in one, up against one other offer, and in the other, up against 10 other offers! Michael not only effectively coached us in both situations but he also listened to our concerns and respected our limitations. We are certain that it was Michael's experience and guidance that led us to success in both bidding wars.

Preparing for the recent sale of our home was an anxiety-filled experience. We had already purchased our new home and were in the situation where we wanted to quickly sell our current home but also needed to maximize the profit on the house. Michael provided us with much appreciated input on what we needed to do to prepare our house to go on the market. From paint colours and furniture arrangement to identifying the items that needed to be cleared from cupboards and closets, Michael kept us on track to ensuring the house would look its absolute best as soon as the listing went out.

Again, Michael's guidance proved invaluable. We had two offers within 24 hours and our house sold for over asking in a "down" market while a number of other houses on our street remained on the market for months at a time.
