It had been 20 years since we entered the real estate game and we needed an experienced guide. Many things had changed including the ubiquitous use of the internet as a marketing tool. In a reportedly ‘hot’ seller’s market, Michael managed our expectations and offered wise advice. After years of selling in C-8, he knew the area well and specifically knew our street, having sold the majority of the few properties to have come on the market on our square block. He immediately grasped our home’s unique features which would necessarily limit potential purchasers and had a clear strategy for the sale which we understood and endorsed. He then executed it.

This left us mercifully free to concentrate on a rather complicated exit from our home. Moreover, he accomplished his tasks in a mere 5 days with all the necessary promotional material ready for three immediate Open Houses. Scores of people visited our home and on the Offer Day, we found our purchaser.

In the summer of 2011 we decided we should have our house at 18 Linden Street appraised with a view to putting it on the market. We had lived there for twenty two years and were totally out of touch with the real estate market. We chose Michael to help us and it was the best decision we could have made. Having toured the house he sat us down and explainedexactly how we should proceed, his part and ours in this venture. He made suggestions asto what needed to be done to prepare the house for the market. We took his advice and the house was ready in the spring of 2013. It sold within seven days and there were multiple offers.
We are presently renting while we decide where and what we want to buy but when we are ready it will be Michael we shall turn to for help.
